The Seattle Seahawks have signed former Washington Huskies cornerback Roy Lewis and wide receiver Isaiah Stanback for the 2011 season, the team announced this afternoon.
Lewis played in 14 games last season, collecting his first-career tackles with 17 (15 solo) and 1.0 sack. The special teams captain also had eight special teams tackles.
Stanback missed the 2010 season after suffering an Achilles injury during training camp.
After leaving the Huskies, Stanback played for the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots prior to coming to the Seahawks.
