Washington and Washington State have played 108 times since 1900, when the teams first met at Athletic Park in Seattle (also known as YMCA Park, the field was on property now occupied Seattle University’s Connolly Center and other campus buildings). The Huskies have a huge lead in the series with 70 victories, and take a three-game winning streak into the 109th edition of the Apple Cup Friday at Martin Stadium in Pullman.
