The Seahawks Saturday released wide receiver/kick returner Bryan Walters and signed safety Terrance Parks from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. The move adds some depth to Seattle’s injury-riddled secondary in advance of Sunday’s 1:25 p.m. game against the Oakland Raiders at CenturyLink Field.
