The Mariners Tuesday announced that they had acquired outfielder Scott Cousins off waivers from the Toronto Blue Jays. The 27-year-old Cousins split the 2012 season between AAA New Orleans and the Miami Marlins, and his addition brings to 37 the number of players currently on Seattle’s 40-man roster.

The Sounders announced Tuesday that the second leg of their Western Conference semifinal series against Real Salt Lake Thursday will be televised nationally on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), regionally on ROOT Sports and locally on KONG 6/16. The match has been pushed back 30 minutes. Originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m., it will begin at 7 p.m.
