After dropping a pair of games to the Los Angeles Sparks, the revamped Storm continued to stagger Sunday, dropping an 84-71 decision to the WNBA defending champion Lynx in Minneapolis. The Storm hasn’t started 0-3 since 2003. The team’s worst start was 0-4 in their inaugural season of 2000.

Prior to the 2012 NCAA Women’s Rowing Championships at West Windsor, NJ., University of Washington coach Bob Ernst said he had made a goal of getting his varsity eight into the Grand Final, something the Huskies had not done since 2008.
